These terms apply to headvane.com and the Headvane waitlist, operated by Thriving Partners, LLC ("we", "us"). By using the site or joining the waitlist, you agree to them.

Headvane is not available yet

Headvane is a product in development. Nothing on this site is an offer to provide, or a solicitation to buy, any product, service or security. Features, risk levels, examples and timing described on the site are plans and may change or never launch. Any automated trading service will be offered only after all required regulatory registrations are in place, and only under separate written agreements.

Not investment advice

Content on this site is general information about a product in development. It is not investment, legal, tax or financial advice, and it is not a recommendation to buy or sell any security. The dashboard, companies, tickers, headlines and figures shown on the site are fictional samples for illustration. Trading involves risk, including the loss of money you invest.

The waitlist

Joining the waitlist is free and does not guarantee access to Headvane, an invitation, or any particular price or terms. You agree to sign up only with an email address you control. We may remove any signup we believe is fake or abusive.

Acceptable use

Don't use automated tools to submit forms, try to get around our spam protection, interfere with the site, or use it for anything unlawful.

Our content

The Headvane name, logo, text and design of this site belong to us or our licensors. You may link to the site and share it, but you may not copy it in a way that suggests a connection with us that doesn't exist.

Disclaimers and limits

The site is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent the law allows. To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or the waitlist, and our total liability for any claim relating to them is limited to $100.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Palm Beach County, Florida.

Changes

We may update these terms by posting a new version here with a new effective date.
