Privacy Policy
Effective November 1, 2026
Headvane is operated by Thriving Partners, LLC, a Florida limited liability company ("we", "us"). This policy explains what we collect when you visit headvane.com or join the Headvane waitlist, and what we do with it. Headvane is in development; we do not yet offer any product or service.
What we collect
- Your email address, when you join the waitlist.
- The risk level you picked on the homepage (Cautious, Balanced or Active), if any, so we know what interests people.
- Signup details: the date and time, which form you used, and the country your connection comes from.
- A one-way scrambled version of your IP address (a keyed hash), used only to stop abuse such as one source submitting many addresses. We do not store your IP address itself.
- Bot-check signals: Cloudflare Turnstile checks your browser to tell people from bots. Cloudflare processes that information under its own privacy policy; we only receive a pass or fail.
We do not use advertising trackers or analytics cookies, and we do not set cookies of our own on the homepage.
How we use it
- To send you one email asking you to confirm your address.
- To email you when Headvane launches, and with occasional important updates about the launch.
- To keep the waitlist free of spam, fake signups and abuse.
We do not sell, rent or trade your information, and we do not share it with anyone for their own marketing.
Who processes it for us
Cloudflare, Inc. hosts this site, stores the waitlist, runs the bot check and sends our emails, acting as our service provider. We may also disclose information if the law requires it, or to a successor if Headvane's business is transferred, under the same commitments as this policy.
How long we keep it
- If you don't confirm your address, we delete it within 7 days.
- Records of signup attempts used for spam protection are deleted after 30 days.
- If you confirm, we keep your address until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it, or until we no longer need it for the launch.
Your choices
- Every email we send has a one-click unsubscribe link.
- To see, correct or delete the information we hold about you, email hello@headvane.com. We'll respond within 30 days.
- Our site does not change its behavior in response to browser "Do Not Track" signals; we don't track you across sites either way.
Security
The site is served only over encrypted connections. The waitlist is stored with Cloudflare, and access to it is limited to us and protected by sign-in. No method of storage or transmission is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect your information.
Age
The waitlist is for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has signed up, email us and we'll delete the address.
Changes
If we change this policy, we'll post the new version here with a new effective date. If a change materially affects how we use your email address, we'll tell you by email first.
